Thank you for visiting and shopping at Clark Naturals. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

All Orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping Rates:

USPS Winter USPS First Class Mail or Priority Shipping: $7.00

USPS Summer USPS Priority Shipping (includes icepacks): $12.00

Clark Naturals ships to addresses within the U.S. with the exception of Idaho.

Due to recent and ongoing changes in state laws regarding Hemp products, Clark Naturals is not responsible for any shipment seizures or return of our products.  These issues are solely the customers responsibility.

Damages:

Clark Naturals is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
